Module 2 shows Boards how to build an AI governance structure with clear roles, decision rights, and escalation paths. It contrasts centralized, federated, and hybrid models, ties them to NIST and ISO 42001, and introduces a layered, maturity-based approach. Participants leave with charters, RACI templates, and tools to scale governance without slowing innovation.

Module 3 explores data as the hidden liability in AI. Participants learn to uncover invisible risks, e.g. bias, consent, provenance, third-party exposure, and build defensible governance frameworks. Through use cases, tools, and templates, executives gain strategies for regulatory compliance, vendor oversight, board accountability, and incident response in AI-driven environments.

Module 4 tackles shadow AI and the C‑suite accountability gap, showing why bans fail and misuse persists. It equips leaders to detect unapproved AI, quantify related data and compliance risks, and design proportionate controls. Boards and executives leave with practical tools, governance frameworks, and dashboards to change behavior from the top and embed accountable AI use.
